Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and megaboi ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the megaboi platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the megaboi platform. Continued use following any amendment to the Terms means you accept the latest updated version.

You are eligible to register and use the megaboi platform only if you meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are not resident in or physically located in any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• You are not currently enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion programme on any related gambling platform.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You have not been declared bankrupt or are in the process of unresolved bankruptcy proceedings.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the megaboi platform. This includes one account per identification card number (MyKad), email address, mobile phone number, and IP address or device.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

• Your username and password must be kept secure at all times.
• You must notify megaboi immediately if any unauthorised access to your account occurs.
• Activity carried out through your account is your own responsibility, unless unauthorised access can be proven.
• megaboi reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time before processing a withdrawal.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure at the platform's discretion. Notification will be sent to the registered email address before any action is taken.

megaboi accepts deposits via leading local and international payment methods. All available methods require a minimum deposit amount of RM10.

megaboi does not charge any transaction fees for deposits. However, your financial service provider may impose their own charges which are outside our control. Deposited funds must be used for betting purposes and not for currency exchange or other financial purposes.

The minimum withdrawal amount allowed is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved by the megaboi finance team.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, as a measure to prevent money laundering.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account is under suspension or being investigated.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn — only winnings obtained using real money may be withdrawn.
• megaboi reserves the right to delay processing for additional security verification purposes.

Any withdrawal request submitted on a public holiday or outside banking hours may take slightly longer to process. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat for any enquiries regarding your withdrawal status.

megaboi offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 120% on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the total bonus amount received.

• Each player is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• megaboi reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of abuse or attempts to exploit the system.
• The megaboi VIP Programme offers weekly cashback ranging from 0.3% (Bronze) to 1.2% (Platinum) depending on your membership level.
• All promotions have an expiry date stated in their respective promotion terms.

To maintain a fair environment for all players, megaboi prohibits any form of conduct considered improper or damaging to the integrity of the platform:

• Use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools or automation tools to place bets.
• Coordination between multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempts to manipulate the game system or sportsbook through technical methods or manipulation.
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity without genuine betting intent.
• Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly.
• Sharing your login details with others or allowing someone else to use your account.

You are fully responsible for keeping your megaboi account login details secure. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes if enabled.

• Choose a strong password and do not reuse it on other websites.
• Do not log in to your megaboi account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to the megaboi support team immediately.

megaboi will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

megaboi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any of the following actions on any account without prior notice under certain circumstances:

• Temporarily suspend an account while an investigation is ongoing.
• Permanently close an account due to a breach of terms.
• Void bonuses or winnings obtained through means deemed illegitimate.
• Limit the betting amount or withdrawals for accounts showing unusual activity.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the megaboi customer support team via live chat or email. All valid balances will be returned once the verification process is complete.

megaboi provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, real-time data accuracy, or specific game outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, megaboi is not liable for:

• Technical disruptions, server downtime or network failures beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Disputed game outcomes that have been determined and confirmed by our game system.
• Cryptocurrency exchange rate changes that occur while a transaction is being processed.

In any case, megaboi's liability shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the player in the 30 days prior to the liability claim arising.

megaboi reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the megaboi website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Notifications of material changes will be sent via the registered email address or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which megaboi operates. megaboi operates under a valid international licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support channels will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
